'FernBrooklane originated from a clear vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Rossi family in 1985, our pizza restaurant was initially a quaint, family-operated business with recipes that have been passed down through generations.
Marco Rossi, the originator, mastered the craft of pizza creation during her sojourns across Italy, apprenticing with skilled pizza makers in Naples—the cradle of pizza. After returning to the UK, she was resolute in recreating the essence of genuine Italian pizza, embracing age-old techniques and the purest ingredients.
Starting off as an unassuming 12-seat pizzeria, we have evolved into a cherished community staple. Nonetheless, our dedication to excellence and genuine practices remains steadfast. We persist in using traditional wood-fired ovens, preparing our dough from scratch every day, and seeking out the premium ingredients available.
Presently, 'FernBrooklane' is still under the stewardship of the Rossi family, with the second lineage at the helm of our fervent team. While we have incorporated some contemporary innovations, the core of our mission endures: to forge splendid, authentic pizza that unites people.
